Green Recycle Plastic Supply Chain Group(GRPG) is a group standard developed by members of the Green Recycle Plastic Supply Chain Group(GRPG) through joint research and discussion with experts after many meetings. This standard specifies the evaluation index system and evaluation method for the design of plastic products that are easy to be recycled and recycled. It is suitable for guiding the design and evaluation process of plastic products that are easy to be recycled and recycled, but it does not apply to degradable plastic products and plastic products that are listed in the national hazardous waste list.

Plastic products Easy Recycling and easy Recycling design certification (referred to as Double easy identification certification), according to the GRPG working group field division, there are currently 11 application field groups: daily chemical, lubricating oil, dairy, takeout, express bag, plastic secondary packaging, agricultural film, beverage, electronic appliances and automobile, home, logistics. Each group, depending on its domain, will then develop the implementation rules of its own domain. Specifications in all fields must be based on the "General Principles of Design evaluation for easy Recycling and recycling of plastic products", and then designed in accordance with the actual situation of various fields. Plastic products in the takeout field are closely related to our thermoforming industry, and the specification name is: Takeout (with) disposable catering plastic packaging container (hereinafter referred to as takeout food box double easy identification certification).

Double easy identification certification of takeout food boxes is used to guide the design, production and processing of takeout (with) disposable catering plastic packaging containers and the evaluation of easy recycling and recycling. Suitable for packaging whose main material is plastic, except biodegradable or oxygen-degradable plastics.

There are five first-level indicators of double-easy identification certification for takeout meal boxes --

First, the main material

The main material evaluation factors include but are not limited to:

-- On the premise of ensuring product safety and function, it is appropriate to choose single category or compatible materials and non-cross-linked materials as far as possible;

-- It is advisable to increase the proportion of the main material to the product as much as possible;

-- The color of the material is mainly natural;

-- The proportion of additives used should follow the minimization principle.

Second, auxiliary materials

Auxiliary evaluation factors include but are not limited to:

-- Small labels with a single material should be used as far as possible, and the adhesive method that is easy to peel should be selected.

Avoid using non-plastic materials when designing plastic packaging.

Three, easy to recycle

The evaluation factors of recyclability include but are not limited to:

-- It is advisable to choose materials with sound recycling channels.

Four, easy to reproduce

Reproducibility evaluation factors include but are not limited to:

- the reproduction capacity of the industry should be considered;

Priority should be given to plastic materials with mature recycling technology;

-- the design that is easy to clean when recycled should be considered;

-- Waste water treatment technology recommended by the state should be adopted in the process of recycled plastics processing;

Waste gas treatment technology recommended by the state should be adopted in the process of recycled plastics processing;

-- The waste residue treatment technology recommended by the state should be adopted in the process of recycled plastics processing;

V. Environmental friendliness and safety

Environmental friendly and safety evaluation factors include but are not limited to:

-- The volatile gases in plastic products should meet the requirements

-- GB/T 37866 Related requirements in Table 1;

- Non-toxic and harmless printing ink should be selected;

-- Non-toxic and harmless adhesives should be selected;

-- The content of heavy metals in plastic products shall meet the relevant requirements in Table 1 of GB/T 37866.

Due to the lack of evaluation standards for the recycling of plastic products in the industry at present, the identification of the recycling of plastic products is not clear, and China lacks its own unique recycling identification. Therefore, we have no rules to follow, and the market produces irregular chaos. The emergence of double easy identification authentication is to solve these problems.

Shuangyi certification logo is mainly designed with the Chinese character "hui", which directly points out the recycling message, and uses the blue color of garbage classification recyclables as the main color. Counterclockwise double arrows represent plastic recycling and recycling. The back logo fills the blank in China and is the first one to evaluate the ecological design of plastic products from the recycling end in China.

Take-out meal box double easy identification certification is a voluntary certification, the industry generally does not understand, in the early stage of promotion, it is not easy to promote. Policies related to the 14th Five-Year Plan were introduced: The State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of the Green Low-carbon Circular Development Economic System, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Circular Economy Development Plan for the 14th Five-Year Plan, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the Notice on the Action Plan for the Control of Plastic Pollution issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, and The State Council issued the Complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Implementation of the new Development Concept to Do a Good job on carbon The State Council's Notice on Issuing an Action Plan for Achieving Carbon Peak Neutrality before 2030, and The State Council's Opinions on Deepening the Battle against Pollution. These policies all reveal the same message: circular economy, carbon reduction, implementation.
