1. Fill in the application form for membership


2. Submit the application form for membership, a brief history of the enterprise's development, and a copy of the business registration certificate of the enterprise as a legal person (the above information needs to be stamped with official seal).


3. Submit the products produced by the applicant enterprise to the branch committee for preliminary examination. After qualified, it shall be submitted to the secretariat of Hot Forming Branch of China Synthetic Resin Association in the form of electronic document and paper document.
