The business scope of the Chapter:

1. Promote the establishment of regulations and standards. To assist relevant departments to promote the legislation of the segmsegmed products and specific applications of hot forming materials, equipment technology, process, processing and manufacturing, service, etc., and participate in the research and revision of relevant standards.

2. Participated in the industry management, studied the overall development strategy, planning and policies of the thermal molding industry, provided support and suggestions for the government to formulate industrial policies and development plans, coordinated and promoted the implementation of the thermal molding industry policies;

3. Provide personnel training for enterprises in the industry. Strengthen basic training of the industry and technical upgrading training, establish a database of industry experts, explore the cooperation training mechanism with enterprises in the industry, colleges and universities in the industry, training institutions, or organize industry training work on their own, to improve the overall quality of workers in the industry and technical personnel;

4. Coordinate and integrate industry resources, build an industry-university-research-use cooperation platform, promote key commonalities and advanced technologies, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;

5. Strengthen the industry statistics and monitoring, establish and improve the industry operation monitoring and early warning mechanism, timely release the latest situation of the industry, and provide information services for the government, enterprises and the society;

6. To carry out international economic and technological cooperation, participate in international conferences, organize technical exchanges and carry out economic and technological cooperation;

7. Reflect the demands of the industry and enterprises, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of thermal molding and related enterprises;

8. To undertake other work entrusted by relevant government departments and China Synthetic Resin Association;

9. Actively liaise and promote the docking, cooperation and communication between the industry and relevant application industries through various channels;

10. Conduct in-depth research and investigation on industry development demand and market dynamics, provide industry market warning and report regularly or irregularly;

11. According to the needs of the industry, establish a communication and exchange platform for the promotion and development of the industry by launching publications, organizing the editing and publishing of industry books, hosting industry seminars, regional symposiums and exhibitions, and using the Internet and new media platforms.
